CNC-SDS-0413

Case:

A scheduled report failed with error CNC-SDS-0413 There was a problem in executing the task. The user authentication failed. It may not be possible to rerun the task.

Solution:

The user who has created the schedule has invalid credentials.

To correct this go to My Preferences > Personal > Credentials > Renew the credentials

You should get a confirmation that the credentials are renewed.

Click OK to set the changes.

Configure the schedule again and test if the schedule works.

When the schedule gives an error again, try to login with a valid user to create the schedule.
